User Guide

Step 1:

Gently wash, cleanse or exfoliate your hands and feet using any organic cosmetic of your choice. Lovingly pat your body part dry.

Leave a gap of 2-3 minutes before the next step.

Step 2: Optional

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Feel your hands and feet and further deepen your breath. 

Now feel all the nerves and muscles in and around your hands and feet. Allow them to relax.

Step 3:

Open your eyes and apply one drop on the hands and feet.

Step 4: Optional

Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and slowly repeat the affirmations. Imagine your fingertips activated with affirmative energy.

Step 5:

Gently massage the oils into your hands and feet.

Repeat the affirmation advised for your specific chakra.

Step 6: Optional

Keep your eyes closed, feel the positive energy flowing from your fingertips activating the oils. Imagine the affirmative oils going deep into your epidermis. Now witness your hands and feet glowing with bright and radiant energy.

Step 7: Optional
